    If you want to get in shape fast then 10 minute trainer is it. I have never in my life sweated so hard in just 10 minutes. It's absolutely a good workout!

    The 10 minute trainer program is great, but to get the best results you're going to really have to do 30 minutes--two workouts a day. Still not bad at all.

    Overall I think it's a great program for people who are uses to working out who are looking for a change, and for those new to working out.

    Tony really gives you a lot in the 10 minute segments, and he's kind of funny and entertaining. It's a lot like having your own personal trainer.

    However, the abs workout is not that great and not for beginners at all. It requires you doing a lot of core work, which, it seems like your core has to be pretty strong already.

    The yoga flex portion is also a little weak. If you've done yoga before you may be a little disappointed with this segment.

    I'm pretty fit, but I was a little sore for the first few days so that means that it is working. The program is expensive, but you do get your money's worth over time. A worthwhile investment in my opinion.

    When I bought this I thought there was no way to get a really good workout in just a few minutes, but boy was I wrong! I really didn't have time to do p90x because the DVDs are about 1 hour long so this was my next choice. Tony does a good job of getting my in shape in those 10 minutes, plus a few minutes of stretching! I can't believe how sore I am after such short workouts!

    Tony Horton's 10 minute trainer is incredible, and I must say this on behalf of myself and my boyfriend (who hates working out at home).

    This 10 minute trainer comes with 5 videos which last approximately 10 minutes a piece. I must let you know that if you plan to do the workout with the warm up (2 min) and cool down (2 min), your workout duration time will actually increase to about 14-15 minutes per workout. The 5 workouts are cardio, total body, lower body, abs, and yoga flex.

    Cardio- 10 minutes of agility drills, kicks, lunges, etc. (The program comes with resistance bands with a waist strap that you must attach to the door. It definitely increases resistance! You don't really have to use it if you choose don't want to.)

    Abs- 10 minutes with 20 exercises lasting 30 seconds each- This is one seriously tough ab workout!

    Total body- 10 minutes of challenging your whole body to a great workout

    Lower body- 10 minutes that incoroporates some use of the resistance band to target those thighs and glutes

    Yoga Flex- 10 minutes of yoga poses

    I try to fit this in every morning before work, and it is great. If my boyfriend likes to do it without complaining, it is worth trying!
